Applications are invited, from suitably qualified coaches (current Level 1), for the position of Croquetwest AC State Development Coach.
The AC Development Squad is selected annually and generally consists of 5 or 6 early career players who are seen to have development potential. The AC Development Squad Coach is expected to assist this group to reach their potential and improve their playing skills. This is generally done in the form of “coaching days” where the group meets to undertake exercises and playing under coaching supervision. The appointed coach will be encouraged to determine their own regime, best suited to the group.
