1906 L Berry
Mrs Berry achieved considerable on the green. She was a member of Kings Park A Grade winning team in 1909, was runner-up in the Open Singles in 1910 and winner of the Open Doubles in 1915 with W Loutit.
1908-1919 O. L. Haines
Octavius Lionel Haines was a prominent accountant and had offices in Cliff Street in Fremantle. He was also Chairman of the Cottesloe Roads Board from 1898-1905
1921 G B Humble
Mr and Mrs G B Humble were active members of the Fremantle Croquet Club with both receiving Life Memberships in 1927. Mrs Humble was a long time Treasurer for the club and in 1921, Mr Humble became Treasurer of the Croquet Association.
George was a prominent figure in Fremantle and served as Town Clerk for many years (30). He was also the Headmaster of the Femantle Boys School.

1923 H Wilson
Mrs Wilson was a member of the Westville Croquet Club which was then renamed to Kitchener Park in 1924 . She served as the club treasurer as well as holding the position for the Association in 1923.
Mrs Wilson was runner up in the State Handicap Singles in 1922 and was the Club Champion. She also played for many years in the A Grade Shield competition, for both Westville and Kitchener Park.
1924 -27 E Chidlow
Mrs Chidlow was a member of the Kings Park Croquet Club. She served as club secretary for a number of years and would go on to be President of the Croquet Association from 1928 to 1930.
On the greens, Mrs Chidlow was a most accomplished player.

1928 – 1939 A Yeldon
I haven’t been able to find out if Mrs Yeldon continued to play croquet after the 1947 season. She passed away in 1957 and so there is a chance that she did continue on. Perhaps you can spot her in this photo.

- Played Pennants throughout her time and prgressed from B Grade to A Grade very quickly.

1941-1951 J Phillips
Ethel was one of our longest serving Treasurers. In the 1954-55 season she was also Vice President of the Association.
She was a member of the Mt Lawley Croquet Club and served on their committee for many years (Known);

- Delegate 1939
- General Committee: 1932
- Match Committee: 1937
On the court, she played in the Shield Competiton for many seasons.
1927 B Grade Pennant Winners and was a member of her club’s A Grade team in 1946. The 1930-40 A2 Shield of which she was also involved in recently appeared.
19 Runner up in the A Minor Doubles.
It seems she was also a keen bridge player.
1952 -1964 L McBride
Lily held the position of Treasurer for 12 years after serving six years as the deputy. She was made Life Member of the Croquet Association in 1962.

Emily May was a member of the Victoria Park Croquet Club.
1697 G Williams
1969-78 I Miller
Irene was a member of the Victoria Park Croquet Club.
In 1964, Irene won the State Division 3 title and went on to represent Western Australia in 1966 and 1967 editions of the EIRE Cup.
1979 D Warner
Dorothy was a member of the Bassendean Croquet Club. In 1994, she was one of the first recipients to receive a Service Award from the Association.
1980-81 B Brown
Berta Brown was a member of the East Fremantle Croquet Club.
1982-83 M Parker
Muriel was a member of the York, Victoria Park and Gosnells Croquet Clubs. Prior to becoming the Treasurer, she served three years as the Secretary for the Croquet Association.
In 1994, Muriel was amongst the first group to receive a Service Award acknowledging all the hard work she had done to promote the sport of croquet in Western Australia.
