Well, what a week and what better way to spend it than in the company of Brett, Janine, Jennifer, Robin and Joyce.
Amazingly, the weather was awesome. We only had a few sessions when we needed the wet weather gear, but the hand warmers were a welcome addition to the pockets for those cool mornings.
The competition was extremely tough, both on the court and in terms of buttering up each day but having said that, it is a most enjoyable experience. I can’t encourage you enough to take the plunge and enter events such as this one. It is a great opportunity to test your game but more importantly, you get to meet so many wonderful people.
