MINUTES
Chairman: The President Doug Hall opened the Meeting at 6.40pm
Attendees: Colin Chynoweth, Kay Chynoweth (VP), Brian Hadley (Sec), Connie Shaw.

It was resolved that:
658 Previous Minutes
the Committee endorse the President’s signature of the minutes of the 18th October 2006 Management Meeting as true and correct.
659 Appointments
the Committee endorse the appointment of
i) Ellen Nicholls as the WACA Office Administrator to work 2 X ½ days per week Wednesday and Thursday until 3.00pm so that Clubs know the times the office will normally be attended.
ii) David Ward of the Forrest Park Club be appointed to one of the vacancies on the Coaching Committee.
iii) the Secretary via the web page arrange a call for expressions of interest for the position of State Team Manager 2006/7.
iv) Eleanor Roberts of the Cambridge Club be appointed Assistant Tournament Manager for the 2007 Nationals with specific responsibilities for venue co-ordination.
660 Bank Signatories
Ellen Nicholls in her capacity as Office Administrator be a signatory to all WACA accounts and be authorised to operate internet banking upon behalf of the Association.
661 Handicaps
Colin Chynoweth and Brian Hadley to begin the process whereby players unregistered by their clubs for 2006/7 be removed from handicap lists.
662 Use of HQ
in the interests of our negotiations with the Town of Vincent all WACA Committees be requested to use the Forrest Park HQ for their regular meetings.
663 Affiliation Fees Dispute
The Secretary and Vice President plus at least one other member to represent the Management Committee in any future meeting with the Sorrento Club regarding issues raised in recent correspondence.
664 Committee Reports
all reports be received.
