SPECIAL MEETING FORREST PARK HQ

MINUTES

Chairman:  President Alan Sands opened the Meeting at 6.32pm

Attendees:  Colin Chynoweth, Kay Chynoweth (VP), Brian Hadley (Sec), Doug Hall, Patrick Hooker, Brad Maguire (Treasurer), Connie Shaw.

It was resolved that:

MC 401 - Bank Accounts:

As soon as practicable that all previous instructions regarding signatories be rescinded and that Alan Sands and Bradley Maguire be the two authorised signatories required for all bank accounts operated by West Australian Croquet (Inc).

MC 402 - Lessees Committee

With immediate effect Brian Hadley and Bradley Maguire are appointed as the WACA representative on the Forrest Park Lessees Committee.

MC 403 - Activities Committee

With immediate effect Colin and Kay Chynoweth and are appointed as WACA representatives on the WACA Activities Committee.

MC 404 - AGM 2004 Resolution 1 - Entry Fees

Responsibility for the implementation of this AGM resolution is allocated to Alan Sands.

MC 405 - AGM 2004 Resolution 2 - Pro Rata Affiliation fees

Responsibility for the implementation of this AGM resolution including the issue to Member Clubs of the detailed rules and guidelines is allocated to Brad Maguire.

MC 406 - AGM 2004 Resolution 3 - Proxy Voting

The Constitutional Working Party (Colin Chynoweth - Chair, Kay Chynoweth - Sec, Brian Hadley, Ross Marshall) continues in existence and takes carriage of the Council directed process.

MC 407 - AGM 2004 All Treasurer’s Report related resolutions

Brad Maguire is allocated responsibility for the implementation of these resolutions.

MC 408 - Future Management Meetings are scheduled for 6.30pm  at HQ on the 3rd Wednesday of each month commencing October 20th 2004.
