MINUTES

Chairman: The President Alan Sands opened the Meeting at 6.40pm

Attendees: Colin Chynoweth, Kay Chynoweth (VP), Brian Hadley (Sec), Patrick Hooker, Connie Shaw.

It was resolved that:

635 Previous Minutes

the Committee endorse the President’s signature of the minutes of the 17^th May 2006 Management Meeting as true and correct.

636 Matters Arising from Previous Minutes

621 (ii) noted the poll determination that the Moorabinda Club host the 2007 Country weekend.

622 Patrick Hooker’s paper on extreme weather provisions be endorsed and circulated to clubs.

632 the Secretary arrange the deposit, book a stand at the All Sports Exhibition in February 2007 and invite club participation.

634 (ii) noted the acquittal details of the 2004/5 DSR SSAGrant.

635 noted the formal letter of acceptance of Mrs Mitchell of the position of Patron.

637 Committee Reports

i) Committee reports be received

ii) Finance/Handicap the current membership register to be circulated with the next handicap list publication.

638 AGM

the AGM for 2005/6 will be held on the 9^th September 2006.

639 Honoraria

be paid at current levels to 30^th June 2006.

640 WACA Notebook

a budget of $1500 be approved for replacement.

641 Restricted Club Liquor Licence

an application should be processed in conjunction with the Forrest Park Club

642 Chinese Tallow Trees

the kind gift of 15 trees for lawn surrounds by a donor who preferred to remain anonymous be acknowledged.

643 Special Management Meeting

a special meeting be held on Saturday the 8^th July to discuss the strategic direction and future structure of the Association
