Croquetwest Webmaster

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Croquetwest is seeking expressions of interest from within the croquet community for the role of Webmaster of its website, to continue building upon the great work of our previous webmasters.

The Association’s website is a vital communication vehicle for our sport to clubs, members and friends of croquet.

The Webmaster is responsible for the coordination of updates of information on the site at the direction of the Croquetwest Committee of Management, the posting of relevant results & events as well as news & stories submitted by clubs and members.

Ideally the Webmaster will have an interest in the promotion of croquet & knowledge of the game along with appropriate technical & communication skills to format, arrange & post stories and information onto the site in a timely & regular manner.

Currently the role requires on average 3-5 hours a week, usually a couple of hours early in a week to provide an update on key national, state & local events along with results. Then later in the week posting stories, news items & images submitted by clubs or members. Obviously there is flexibility in how these tasks are undertaken.

Gary, our most recent Webmaster has kindly indicated his willingness to assist the incoming Webmaster with familiarisation & transition into the role.
