Congratulations to all our trophy winners.
My thanks go to Michael Murphy for his hard work in organising the trophies for engraving, setting up and the scrumptious catering. I would also like to acknowledge Rob for compering, Forrest Park for once again hosting the event and all the members who assisted in clearing up at the end of the presentation. Many hands do make light work.
There were many outstanding performances throughout the year.
Brian Scott – only player to win both the GC and AC Handicap events in the same year.
Marcus McGavock – 1st undefeated winner of the Brian Hadley Star
Brett McHardy – Going on to win the ACA Gold Medal
Eric Ayling – winning the Thorogood trophy for the 8th time
Jeff Newcombe – 10th win the ACA Bronze Medal
