12 members competed in this tournament over the weekend, 6 of whom have been playing for only 12-14 months. The level of competition was incredibly strong, resulting in some very tightly contested games. 2 of the newer members competed in the semi finals, and 1 took out the title of GC Singles Champion. In the Semi finals, Richard Taylor defeated Graeme Davies and Anthony Nelson defeated Odette Moro.
Congratulations to the Winner, Anthony Nelson, who defeated Richard Taylor in the Final. Anthony has reduced his handicap from 12 to 6 since July 2023.
Graeme Davies won all his Block games but was defeated in the semi finals. He is another very impressive new member. The standard of play over the tournament was at an encouragingly high level and augurs well for Dunsborough in the future.
