GC Handicap Range Change

As agreed at the 2012 Croquetwest AGM, from the 1st October 2013 the Golf Croquet handicap range for A and B Grades will change. A Grade will be limited to players with a handicap index from 0 to 4. The B Grade range has been expanded from 5 to 9. C grade remains unchanged for players on an index of 10 to 12.
