The Croquetwest Coaching Committee is developing a plan for 2015-18 that will focus on assisting accredited coaches with:
– On-going learning and engagement;
– Support/re-accreditation; and
– Retention and recognition.
The first step is to obtain baseline data, so a questionnaire has been developed to assist the Committee to determine the right approach. Accredited coaches are asked to complete the survey by Friday 14th August 2015. Results will be posted once the data is analysed.
