Australia will be playing in the World GC Teams Tier 1 event in Nelson New Zealand from the 6th to 12th of January 2020. They have been drawn to play New Zealand on day 1, England on day 2, Ireland on day 3, then depending on results either the semi-finals or consolation play-offs. Other nations playing are Egypt, USA, South Africa and Sweden.
The Australian team is Robert Fletcher (Victoria), Edward Wilson (South Australia), Peter Landrebe (New South Wales), Chris McWhirter (Western Australia).
Alison Sharpe of New South Wales is the non-travelling reserve and Martin Clarke (Western Australia) is travelling as Manager and High Performance Manager.
